No returns are allowed once used due to hygiene purposes, with the exception of faulty or incorrect items.
Changed your mind? Unused lashes can be returned within 14 days of delivery only if everything is still in its original condition, including the sealed Grip Primer. Return shipping is paid by you.

Split
Open the case and gently separate the lash pair at the ends into two halves.
Position
Blue dot is your top lash, red dot is your bottom. Pop them onto the matching UP and DOWN sides of the applicator.
Prep
Swipe a light coat of Lash Grip Primer over your natural lashes
Press
Line the applicator up with your lash line, gently press so the magnets click together, then release. That's it.

I've never worn falsies. Can I actually do this?
Yes! Glowie lashes are made for beginners. The applicator lines everything up for you, so it's clamp, snap, done. Give yourself two or three goes to get the hang of it and you'll be doing it half asleep.
Do I need glue or magnetic eyeliner?
Nope, neither. The top and bottom lash snap together with tiny magnets around your natural lashes. For extra hold, swipe on the Glowie Grip Primer that comes in every box before you apply.
Will they fall off during the day?
Not when they're on properly. The magnets clamp around your own lashes and the Grip Primer adds extra hold. If a corner lifts, give it a gentle press with the applicator.
Can people tell they're magnetic?
The band is super thin and sits right on your lash line, so at normal distance they just look like your lashes. A flick of liner hides it completely.
How many times can I wear them?
Treat them nicely and you'll get 100+ wears out of a pair.
Are they okay for sensitive eyes?
They're totally glue-free, which is where most lash irritation comes from. If you have a specific eye condition, have a quick chat with your optometrist first.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
No glue means nothing pulling or sticking to your lashes. To take them off you just slide the top and bottom apart, no tugging.
How do I clean and store them?
Wipe gently with a little water, let them air dry, then pop them back in the case on their marked sides. Keep oil-based makeup remover away from the magnetic band so it stays strong.
Can I wear them to the gym or in the rain?
Yep. They're sweat-proof and water resistant, so the gym and a bit of rain are fine. Just take them off before you sleep, shower or swim.
Which style should I get?
Fairy for everyday soft glam, Angel for a wispy doll eye, Bunny for fluffy wispy drama, and Bambi for full volume. Can't pick? The Vol. 1 bundle gets you all four.

Can I trim them?
Please don't. Our lashes are designed to be worn as they are, so don't cut or alter them. If they don't seem to fit, rewatch the tutorial first, and if you're still stuck, email us at support@glowiebyher.com.
Can I wear mascara or eyeliner with them?
Liner, yes. Skip mascara and oil-based products on the lashes and band, they can loosen the hold and wear out the magnets faster.
Can I return them?
For hygiene reasons, lashes can't be returned once used, including lashes in a bundle. Changed your mind? Unused lashes can be returned within 14 days of delivery only if everything is still in its original condition, including the sealed Grip Primer, and you'll pay the return shipping.
