Refund Policy
As a small business, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are having issues with our sizing or quality, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Returns and refund only apply for unworn and unused merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days will not be accepted. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with packaging intact. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit only.
To start your return, please email us at support@glowiebyher.com with your order number and associated email address. Wait for our approval before sending your package back, as we only accept returns that have been pre-approved by our team.
Items bought on a discounted price through sale promotions or discount codes are not eligible for a refund. They can only be returned in exchange for vouchers equivalent to the amount paid for the item.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.

DAMAGES
