Welcome to Glowie by Her! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you visit glowiebyher.com (the "Site"), buy our products, or sign up for our emails or text messages. In these Terms, "Glowie by Her", "we", "us" and "our" mean Glowie by Her, and "you" means you. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You must be 18 or older to sign up for our text messages.

2. Products, pricing and orders

  • We do our best to show our products, colours and shapes as accurately as possible, but screens vary and we can't guarantee your display is exact.
  • Prices, products and offers can change at any time without notice. If we make a pricing or product error, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, even after you have placed them, and we will refund you in full.
  • We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order (for example, orders that look fraudulent or are placed by resellers), and we will let you know using the contact details you gave us.
  • You agree to give us accurate, current information when you place an order.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. SMS / Text Message Terms

Program name: Glowie by Her Texts.

Program description: When you opt in to Glowie by Her texts (for example, by entering your mobile number in a sign-up form or at checkout and checking the box), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Glowie by Her at the number you provided. These may include new drops, restocks, offers and discounts, abandoned cart reminders, and order and shipping updates.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to sign up for texts to buy from us.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more texts unless you sign up again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.
  • For help: reply HELP to any message, or email us at support@glowiebyher.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number first so the next owner does not receive our texts.
  • We may change or end the text program at any time.
  • Privacy: your mobile information and text message consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Emails

If you subscribe to our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.

6. Our content

Everything on the Site, including our brand name, logos, product designs, photos, videos and text, belongs to Glowie by Her or our licensors. You can't copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.

7. Reviews and things you send us

If you leave a review, tag us, or send us comments, ideas or content, you allow us to use, edit and share it in any medium without paying you, and you confirm it doesn't break anyone else's rights or contain anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may remove any content we think breaks these Terms.

8. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or use tools from other companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices, so please check their terms and policies before using them.

9. Things you can't do

You must not use the Site for anything unlawful, to harass or harm others, to send spam, to submit false information, to scrape or collect other people's information, to upload viruses or harmful code, or to interfere with the Site's security or operation. We may suspend or end your access if you do.

10. Disclaimers and limits of our liability

We work hard to keep the Site running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, error free or secure. To the extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is", and Glowie by Her and our team, suppliers and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (such as lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Site or our products. Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the place where you live.

13. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version here. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
